Clearing your mind is relatively easy, and one way to help this is by going somewhere.
Go out somewhere, do something new, or do something you do all the itme. As long as you enjoy it, it doesn't matter. By doing something you enjoy, you can clear your mind and be happy.
If it's warm and bright or cold and snowy, go out and enjoy the outside world and take in its beauty. If it's cold, rainy, windy, or if the sun's just not your thing, then still make the most of your day.
